Health
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our primary objective.

Throughout Tennessee RiverPlace, we have already increased our rigorous protocols. Before each stay or event, each building is sanitized with disinfectants that kill 99% of bacteria. During events, high-touch areas are consistently treated to avoid any spread of germs.

Experience
Guest experience should be minimally interrupted by new guidelines.

All medical advice from the CDC and WHO states that person-to-person contact is the primary way to spread COVID-19. To help prevent the risk of transition, TRP has posted signs reminding guests to stay 6 feet away from others. Additionally, we have provided masks and hand sanitizer at our front entrance.

Responsibilities
Our responsibilities play a vital role in adequate sanitation, health, and hygiene program.

Frequent hand washing, good personal hygiene, and appropriate personal protective equipment are vital in helping protect against the spread of a virus. All employees are instructed to wash their hands every 60 minutes or after any activities such as using the bathroom or going on break. All employees are provided a mask and gloves when appropriate. Training is frequently conducted as new governmental policies and recommendations come out.
Protocols
TRP protocols and procedures meet CDC guidelines and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.

Our employees are given clear instructions on how to respond and report all presumed cases of COVID-19 quickly. Employees are instructed to stay home if they have a fever or feel ill and to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest with any known symptoms of COVID-19. We work closely with our vendors to ensure their service providers implement similar protocols while on property.
