We are committed to your well-being. Our guesthouses are isolated on a 135-acre farm outside the city of Chattanooga, so there is ample room to maintain distance. Additionally, we are going above and beyond by following the new "White Glove Pledge" standard set forth by the hospitality community.
With stunning views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the mighty Tennessee River that runs through it, our 135-acre farm and wilderness is a welcomed respite for all who gather here.
Tennessee RiverPlace is also just a stone's throw from Chattanooga (15 minutes from downtown) and the surrounding recreational activities. Caving, hiking, mountain biking, river sports, and other outdoor activities await numerous museums, restaurants, and unique downtown attractions.
Little River Guesthouse
Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (including two handicapped accessible), await you at this marvelously equipped guesthouse, big enough for several families or group stays. Enjoy views of the Tennessee River Gorge, Williams Island, Signal Mountain, and Elder Mountain, not to mention the abundance of flora and fauna in this riverfront villa.
Fryars' Green Guesthouse
Five bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a spectacular view of the farm and the Tennessee River from a secluded, hilltop luxury farmhouse. Walking trails, mountain streams, colorful sunsets...you get the picture! Look for the eagles' nest next to the house and watch them fish the Tennessee River. It's not uncommon to see deer herds as large as ten or twelve in the mornings and late evenings. The house has also been newly furnished, and the technology has been upgraded. Enjoy!
Main Villa Guestrooms
Our five Main Villa guestrooms are perfect overnight accommodations inside our 10,000 sq. ft. Spanish mansion. Each room has been outfitted with updated furniture with a king mattress and hosts a spacious private bathroom. You'll have gorgeous views overlooking the farm and the mighty Tennessee River, no matter the room. With a wrap-around porch, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails outside, where nature meets luxury. The perfect stay for a week-day getaway or a simple walk upstairs after an event on the property, the main villa guestrooms are sure to please.
