Helpful Information

  • Check-in begins at 4 p.m.

  • Check-out ends at 10 a.m.

  • Early arrivals are accommodated based on availability. To guarantee early check-in, it is recommended to reserve your accommodation the evening before your arrival. An early arrival fee is $75 for two hours.

  • Late check-out times may be granted based upon availability. A late departure fee of $75 may be assessed after 10 a.m.; after 2 p.m., this fee equals one night's room and tax (Late departure fees based upon availability on the day of departure.)

  • We are pet-friendly. We do require a $125 pet fee for cleaning. 

  • All accommodations on the farm are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed for smoking in guest accommodations.

  • Nightly rates are subject to state and local taxes of 9.25% and Hotel & Accommodations tax of 8%.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our size and location, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A credit card deposit will be taken at the time of reservation. This deposit may not be transferred to a future date. However, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. The remaining balance of room charges are due 30 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, deposits will be refunded in full if cancelled 60+ days in advance, refunded at 50% if more than 30 days in advance, and will not be refunded if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
